Virgin Islands

The volcanic islands that comprise the Virgin Islands are one of the most popular destinations for chartering as this area offers superb snorkeling and beaches, along with a variety of islands to explore. Some parts of the US Virgins Islands, are a bustle of activity, while the British Virgin Islands are considered a bit more low key. The following is only one of our suggested itineraries for the vacation of your dreams.
Leeward Islands

The Leeward Islands are the northern islands of the Lesser Antilles chain of islands, part of the West Indies. They are situated where the Caribbean Sea meets the western Atlantic Ocean. The more southern part of the Lesser Antilles chains is called the Windward Islands.
Windward Islands
Best Times: November-April

At the southern end of the Caribbean chain, the Windward Islands are the best-kept secret in the Caribbean tourism lore. Situated as the last links before Trinidad and South America, the Windward Islands are richly tropical volcanic islands, lush with palm-lined beaches. Unlike the dry scrubby Leewards, the Windwards are off the beaten path and in that lies their splendor.
Bahamas
Best Times: May-October

The Bahamas are a perfect yacht charter destination in most every way, offering clear turquoise waters teeming with life, gorgeous beaches on hundreds of coral islands, quiet anchorages, renowned ports, and a swashbuckling history that dates from Columbus times. The Bahamas are both incredibly accessible but also a world apart. You'll love the soft sands, sheltered sailing, and secluded coves in the clear, coral reef waters.
